Soft and supple with ring

My erection is good - with 5ml Cialis - but length and girth are not that much due to Peyronie disease - no curve and the base of the shaft until nearly to the middle is very big due to blood not able to continue moving well because of the multi scars but the rest of the shaft has very shallow girth-
So I was advised by a doctor to use VED to restore girth and length.
After pumping from the flaccid state I got perfect sizes in girth. However, when I slip the ring into the base of the shaft and remove the pump tube the erection stays the same as it was inside the tube but unfortunately, I feel that the whole erection is soft and supple look like it was inflated with air. Well, it is hard but not hard . I am really afraid to try it during intercourse. Any advice would be appreciated.

Sounds like you haven't yet found the right sized ring.
I would try a smaller size and maybe even 2 rings at once.
2 Osbon rings work great for me when we have penetrative sex. A B(large, high tension) and a C(Medium, Standard). An A and D also work well.
Experiment to find what works for you.

Welcome to the forum.
I'd keep at it for therapy reasons. Follow your doctors instructions. Use caution and don't get too carried away expecting quick results. It takes some practice and your dick kind of has to get used to the process.

As for sex, and penetration in particular, your dick isn't going to be like a teenager's natural boner. But it can be good enough to work. Just be sure to limit your constriction ring held VED boner to 20 min, 30 max. You work with what you have. Some guys have used a VED with rings for years with acceptable results. But you won't get there in one week.

Hopefully regular VED therapy use will improve your dick. Then you can continue with the pills if they've been working for you. Are you using the Cialis with the VED? My personal opinion, which is pretty worthless, is that just non use is a primary cause of Peyronie's disease. Use the VED, especially if you aren't getting natural erections during the night.

I don't know if I understand your reply. Do you mean smaller size should be used even if the bigger one stop blood leak tightly and accurately and this will solve my issue. When I use the biggest ring size i feel it is very tight bexause of the girth at the base is bigger than usual.

For me at least, part of learning to use a VED was learning which ring or rings I needed to do the job.
If after pumping up and adding a ring you find you are too "soft and supple" for penetrative sex, perhaps experimenting
with different sizes and combos will help. It did for me. Your mileage may vary!

Use plenty of lube when removing. I use one of these and it helps with the discomfort of tight rings, helps with the "snap" when applying the ring(s), and
helps with removing the ring(s) when done.

Unfortunately, penetration failed since it keeps bending when hit. The best description is that it is bigger, thicker, and fully erected without hardness even with a smaller ring and I am afraid to use the smallest one.

I use two Osbon Erecaid Rings with the Erecaid Pumps. The ring are small pink D and gray D, I was initially fearful of using one ring, let alone two, but they do come off fairly easily with lube when flaccid. I do not get night erections or any erection at all - probably very bad veinous leak (Self diagnoses - Uro not much help). Pills and injections work a little once in a while but were not reliable. I have excellent results for PIV with the rings. Suggest you experiment with different sizes - of course put the rings on the pump first, pump up and then snap the ring/s/ in place. At about 25 minutes on, I lube and then stretch out the rings to become flaccid for ease of removal. You can have a small scissors handy in case, but you won't need it.

I would imagine the sleeve makes penis more stable for some. If the rings work just as good I wonder if they can also stay on a little longer with the sleeve.
