VED to restore/preserve size

Hey Guys,

I am 2 days into VED and was wondering if I could get your thoughts on my current protocol and how to successfully gain the benefits of VED while also avoiding the adverse effects.

right now I am pumping up to my full erection from soft and holding it for about 1 minute then releasing the pressure and repeating 20x sometimes with breaks from the pump.

Occasionally I will get a slight pain at the base for a second when performing my final pumps to full erection. Does that mean I am over pumping or how do I avoid that??? I do not have a pressure gauge on my somacorrect.

When I pump, it's easy to get discomfort at the base.
Perhaps try pulling on the tube just a little bit under vacuum and resetting it. A couple gentle pulls, maybe a tiny twist.
See if that works.
My go-to for pain at the base.

Get a silicon insert for the VED and trim so it is only at base...much less pain
