I use 2 pretty tight Osbon Erecaid rings and are careful to limit my time to under 25 minutes just to be safe - usually keep them on less time than that. I don't use the VED and apply the rings until almost ready for PIV intercourse. Just takes a minute or so interruption to apply and sometimes get a little continuing playful help from my wife while pumping up.
85 yrs old. Married 42 yrs. On meds for B/P, Cholesterol and BPH. Greenlight procedure yrs ago. 30 yrs ED w/Retrograde Ejaculations. Tried Pills, Injections & different pumps. Excellent results with ErecAId pump & Beige D & Gray D rings.

Well my wife doesn’t really like to know how I get an erection (she does know I’m implanted) plus when we go to bed she sometimes wants to was a movie for awhile before we engage. So using a VED with a ring for glans engorgement would be dangerous… so while she is dressing for bed I pump up. In bed I find I have retained part of the glans engorgement. And before foreplay I use an internal “push” which serves to re engorge almost back to VED levels and discretely slip on a ring and voila —good enough!
I should also point out that lately I have been also using Trimix gel which may also be helping. But I am evaluating the cost of a dose which may be cost prohibitive.
Just my method to fit my wife’s interests.
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.

30 minute limit is recommended by most VED companies!
71 yrs.old married,ED for 7 yrs.Pills for 3 yrs,TriMix for 21/2 yrs.6 1/2 inches flacid,71/4 inches erect,6 inches girth.Coloplast Titan put in 11/13/20,Dr.Bozeman,Arkansas Urology,Little Rock.22cm + 2 RTE.
