68yo. Diabetes & hypertension drugs but none that are infamous for ED causation. Increasing ED compounded by frequent anorgasmia. Viagra for 2 years. Cabergoline experimentation inconclusive. New to pumping (Encore). Supportive (to a limit) wife.

I don't believe getting a donut is a good thing, seems like you're overpumping to me. I've been pumping for a while now and never got a donut from it. I only pump 1/2" - 5/8" longer than my longest erection. I'm not really sure it's even necessary to pump longer than normal, but it doesn't hurt, and I don't get edema or a donut when I only go that much extra. Like you stated, only pumping for health, why take the chance and screw something else up!
Retired 64 y.o. Married. Good health. Moderate ED since 2019. Use constriction band ocassionately to help maintain erection, some Cialis/Viagra. Some loss of sensation. Nocturnal erections returning, but lower libido, and sensitivity than before.

How does it feel after you pump?
SWM/never married. 40 years and not experienced. Injuries/trauma at young age due to lack of guidance and good sex ed. Low libido, loss of sensitivity/numbness. Possible PD and probable PSSD. No tests or doppler. Offered tadalafil, clomid and sildenafil

Been using my VED with my implant for over two years with no problem!Engorges it every time!
71 yrs.old married,ED for 7 yrs.Pills for 3 yrs,TriMix for 21/2 yrs.6 1/2 inches flacid,71/4 inches erect,5 1/2 inches girth.Coloplast Titan put in 11/13/20,Dr.Bozeman,Arkansas Urology,Little Rock.22cm + 2 RTE.
