Pump sleeve recommendation please

Postby CanGetItUpButNoMore » Sun Aug 28, 2022 2:33 pm

I have the Encore pump that is 2" diameter. I'm not sure what the purpose/benefit is of a sleeve (it didn't come with a sleeve). The hard plastic against my groin is moderately uncomfortable, so alleviating that might be a help. Even without the scrotum shield, I get a good seal against my groin. However the pump engorges the base of my otherwise modest penis girth to the point that it seems to fill the existing tube - any further constriction might be impossible or really uncomfortable. I'd appreciate any comments on the usefulness of sleeves and a recommendation. Thank you.
68yo. Diabetes & hypertension drugs but none that are infamous for ED causation. Increasing ED compounded by frequent anorgasmia. Viagra for 2 years. Cabergoline experimentation inconclusive. New to pumping (Encore). Supportive (to a limit) wife.

I wear a sleeve to avoid the swollen donut effect. I use the SabreSkin from Stealth Innerwear.

Started with Viagra at age 40. Worked good for about 12 years.
Tried Trimix injections, worked great for about 8 years
Now Trimix no longer works.
I got implant on Oct 26th 2022.

I now have a calexotics donut. It is silicone in the shade of blue and from amazon. So far it works pretty good, and helps with scrotal pull in and just adding a more cushioned feel in general.

I have a manual Encore VED and also vacutech. Not sure vacutech is still around.

I use a cheap battery operated VED for daily exercising with a very inexpensive universal sleeve from ebay. For me it works very well and is very comfortable - lInk follows below. For intercourse I use an Osbon Erecaid Classic with their rings, but without a sleeve.

Thanks, everyone. I'm going to try a couple of options.
