Ejaculation conundrum caused by Lexapro 10mg anti-depression medication which blocked ejaculation. My doctor changed it to Lexapro 5mg to wean me off of the medication and proscribed Wellbutrin 150mg twice daily.
Results:
1. No ejaculations in four weeks, resulting in severe mental and physical frustration, combined with frequent testicle pain.
2. Continued ED therapy with VED that requires two compression rings to maintain erection due to
history of major penis venous leakage.
3. Bought a dildo vibrator to stimulate the penis, which did nothing for ejaculation response.
Do you have any suggestions to resume my ejaculations?

You'll probably resume your ejaculation abilities after you fully come off the Lexapro. I can't remember the exact brand names, but I do know for a fact that I had difficulty with ejaculation when I was on anti-depressants. The treatments didn't seem to be helping with the depression, and I noticed the sexual side effects immediately and that just compounded the problem with more negativity.

Is the Wellbutrin supposed to be different with no negative effect on ejaculation? I thought maybe I had trouble with it as well.

Totally normal side effect of lexapro. Some doctors prescribe it for premature ejaculators.

This is a very common SSRI side effect. Takes some weeks (few months) to ejaculation back to normal (delayed based on dosing).

Some people tolerate meds better or for a while so age can start being in play.
I take Lexapro because it's the least of the evils for me. I have difficulties just as you describe.
I had been on fluoxetine (Prozac) for about 5 yrs and I needed it. I became less interested in sex and less capable. I read about it and freaked out. It is common and many never recover once they are off it especially if they quit cold turkey. I believe that my age and on it for 5 yrs are both equally responsible. It's difficult to blame something for ED when we are also getting older as we notice a problem.
I have taken Wellbutrin for 24 yrs and love it. It is good at helping me be normal feeling. I have never had a negative affect from it. It is prescribed to counteract side effects of other meds quite often.
I have been more discouraged lately by these difficulties you describe and getting older does not help.

What kind of dosing is appropriate for Wellbutrin? Is there anything online where a person can read about it?
In regards to the prostate massage. I've stuck vibes up there and nothing happens. Why am I not responding to prostate massage?

I let the Dr. determine Wellbutrin dose.
Prostate massage can be a learned feeling. Nobody wants pain but it can take practice for pleasure to be realized.
