Base exercise with VED

Postby Mazzio » Tue May 24, 2022 3:54 am

I use VED only for exercise. Not for sex with a ring.

When I use VED (battery operated model) I start with a standard procedure. I put first the rubber seal on using lube. Then I put on the vacuum unit and slide the seal over it. I pump about 15 minutes. Then I took the pump and rubber seal off. After that I put lube on the base of dick and put only the pump on without the rubber seal. I have a lot of girth and the vacuum is almost filled with my dick at this point. Then I start pumping and this phase of the exercise strenghtens the base of the dick. I don't care about the length at this point. I do this exercise about 10 minutes with different forces.

The reason for this is that the base of my dick is a lot of thinner than the rest of it. I have venous leak and the weak base is the cause of all my problems.

Is anybody else doing like this?
65 yrs, had venous leak all my life, sildenafil and other pills don't work anymore properly, using Caverject with pills.

I think the rubber ring damages my base. If it’s tight enough to seal, the base feels internally bruised for a week or two and night erections disappear. But without the ring air leaks in so there’s no vacuum. How do you get a seal to happen?

I trimmed my VED rubber ring back, now it's not very tight on my base but it still seals.

Without rubber seal I use just lube and push the tube against my body. It works fine for my base exercise.
