I agree with Geronimo, Get yourself a good quality pump and rings. I had the same issues as you but solved my issue with a Osbon ErecAid Classic pump with two OsBon ErecAid tension rings. These rings are designed in a way as to block the penile veins from leaking. You might have to experiment with the ring/s/ to find the right one or combination, but it's worth it. Don't give up!
