Best way to increase Girth?

What’s the best way to increase Penis Girth ?
Permanent not Temporary..
53 Type 1 diabetic For last 25yrs. Married 23 years.
ED last 10 years, BPH, hypertension.. L 6.0” x G 5.25”
Trimix 22.5/0.83/8.3

Temporarily-- I find a slight noticeable increase in girth from a water pump compared to a vacuum pump. Both "gains" are temporary. If for whatever reason I forego daily exercises for about a week or so, any "gain" is gone.I use a VED and rings for sex so the increase in girth is there whenever we have sex.

Permanent- The only way I can think of is to choose your ancestors more wisely next time.
Married 50+ years. Use VED for sex and do
daily exercises with both water and vacuum pumps.

After four years of a family aggressive pumping regimen, I gained about 1” in permanent girth. Five years later, with occasional maintenance pumping, I have still not lost any of my gains. Last March, I took a three month break from pumping without loosing any of my gains.
Age 83
Diabetic
Pumping
Started Trimix injections 8/'11
