VED pumping newbie question around improved penis health

My take on pumping (and i did use one for years) is that it is great for the actual shaft girth, but does nothing for the internal part of the penis (that is not within the tube). Unless you have natural nocturnal erections or using trimix or other injects then that inner corpus portion will wither away and the corpuses will get narrower and narrower. Just remember how in your heydays that portion of your penis was as hard and thick as the outer shaft and of course is where all the blue-balls ache came from during prolonged erections. Once that inner part withers away it won't come back thick anymore. The withering also causes droop and length shortening.

What I found best for this (besides injection erections) was to use 100 or 200mcg of Misoprost (can get from alldaychemist or allgenericmedicine) and is dissolved in water and splooshed urethrally in and held in for 5-10 mins until absorbed. This will then give you either a good erection (if you are not already 100% ED) or a good partial. And this can last for many hours and will help keep the corpuses from shrinking over time. And there's no needles needed so no fear there. You could use Miso every night (less than $1 per pill) and keeps that blood flowing whether or not you can even use it for sex every time. Just think of it as your new nocturnals.

So that is something to think about.

My search engines work just fine. In fact I see the active ingredient, Misoprostol, Is used to reduce the risk of gastric ulcers when taking high concentrations of NASAID's. Know side effects include diarrhea. It also can induce abortions especially in the 1st trimester.

I think I will pass on shoving it into my dick and use other ways to get and keep an erection.

The big takeaway about misoprostol is that it is a prostaglandin E1 much like alprostadil. And most of us here are familiar with alprostadil and how it works with the penis.

A tutorial on misoprostol would be nice!
