effectiveness of VEDs?

Postby tobenormalagain » Tue Nov 16, 2021 11:45 pm

I've tried all the usual meds for ED (including Trimix and MUSE) but all have had mixed and rather disappointing results. One thing that I've not tried however is a VED. What are your results on using one to maintain an erection for intercourse. Though an increase in girth and/or length would be great, I am interested more in keeping erect. What say you?

Well, you gotta do what you gotta do. If nothing else works short of an implant then it only makes sense to try a VED with rings. There isn't really much down side to giving it a try. Some guys are reasonably satisfied with the results.

Have you tried adding novelty/sex shop cock rings to any of your other methods. If your method is at least marginally successful the cock rings might give you enough boost to make it worthwhile.

Good luck.

Read; "My pump results!! And yours?" under this post....I use a "Erect-Pro Standard Manual VED System (pump)" and a "Blue Ultimate Round Ring (#5)" from www.erecaidpumps.com. Great no! But better than not!

I use a VED for sex. I had got to the point where the side effects of pde5's caused me to look for an alternative. My primary goal has always been that my wife enjoys our sex and looks forward to repeating as many times as possible.

it is absolutely an effective way for us to continue our sex into and, knock on wood, beyond our late '70's. I use an Encore pump, 2 Osbon rings, a penile foam sleeve, Uberlube and Siliquid hybrid lube.
It can be an awkward way to get an erection. There can be discomfort, especially at first. There is a time limit on wearing the restriction ring(s). I found all of those drawbacks to be relatively minor compared to the results.

I use a VED combined with Osbon tension rings which provides a nice hard erection for intercourse. On the negative side, the constriction reduces sensitivity over time. The first ten minutes everything goes fine, but then the insensitivity slowly increase until almost all feeling is gon by 20 minutes and the rings need to be removed by 30 minutes to avoid harming your dick. The constriction also makes orgasm more difficult.

VED will not cure your ED. Based on my experiences VED routine makes ED worse. You have ED if you have issues with blood flow. VED exercise makes your dick bigger. So you need more blood flow to a bigger dick. That will not happen. After VED you will have bigger dick with a more serious ED than before VED exercise.

Can you lead me to a scientific, peer reviewed study that supports this?

I have been doing VED and kegels for some years now. My wife complained about my cock being too big. My length increased from 5.5 inches to over 7. My girth increased to 5.5 inches. She peered at my cock and said "how did you do that" So it has been peer reviewed.
