I was wondering whether mishandling/ not using using pump properly causes a venous leak or other damage to the penis which are untreatable in long term?
Thanks

Re: Does improper use of pump cause venous leak
If you go to extreme measures with pumping, IMO, you can damage erectile tissue.
That's just my opinion, backed by my own personal experience.
If you stick to lower pressures (5" Hg or less) and for shorter time frames where you're continuously letting fresh blood into the penis by cycling from vacuum to ambient, I'd guess you'd be fine.
