Should I start pumping again

Postby richkez32 » Wed Apr 14, 2021 12:04 pm

I started using a SOMAerectStf pump in 2016 after I had a RP I wasn’t getting any great success from it but figured I would use it to keep the length of my penis. Well after a extremely painful incident when a testical got suddenly sucked into the tube I couldn’t bring myself to use it again. In 2020 out of the blue I suddenly started getting the odd erection very good ones to. But after all these years I have lost a fair bit of length. Wife recons about 2 inch. So my question is if I was to give pumping another go have I left it to late to try and get some of the length back. Strangely I have not lost much girth :D
I had a RP in 2016 and a year later My psa started to rise resulting in having 37 sections of radio therapy. 2021 Testosterone replacement stopped due to psa rising again. Oncologist says most likely coming from a malignant source. I am at my wits end.

I'd have no way of knowing how much you could regain but I don't see a downside to trying, other than the possibility of sucking another nut in again. I have no doubt you would regain some. Are you doing injections?

I have had the same problem. I've learned to adjust how I fit the tube over my penis to help keep my scrotum out of it. You might also try this device: https://www.vitalitymedical.com. Then, search for "scrotal shield"... it could help.

Richkez
I too started to use a Soma make manual pump about the same time you started. (2016) Your wife is about right with her estimate of two inches - I gained 1 3/4 inches since that time. I have started and stopped using a pump quite a few times when I loose length during the "off" times so the regain length each time is in the region of 1 3/4 inches. Now I just use the Soma pump for therapy and helping me identify where the veins are when I am injecting.

Thank you Kenj1947 I will be buying one of those and give it a go.

Yorkie81 I would be glad to gain 1 3/4 inches back I am definitely going to start using the pump again when the body shield arrives I don’t fancy an incident happening like it did the last time I used it :)
