to work for me. You have to use a restriction ring that will keep your penis hard but with the Vacurect system trying to pump
your penis hard through a small restriction ring is not easy for you or your penis. With the Encore system I use the battery
powered pump and it does a good job of creating a hard cock, but you need to practice and get used to it. The one negative
of the Encore system is that when you slide the constriction ring on your hard cock, it is gonna snap and it is gonna hurt.
With the help of Another Old Man, I found out you can used a penis sleeve and this greatly helps with the tight restriction
rings. there is not the snap of the ring and the ring does not hurt as much when having it on. I think everyone has their own
preference on pumps, just make sure you get a good medical grade pump if you are gonna use it often. Your cock is not cheap,
don't use a cheap pump........

So you put the penis sleeve on, then slide the constriction ring onto penis ( off the penis sleeve), then take the penis sleeve off? Is that what your saying?

No, you leave the penis sleeve on, the restriction ring will slide over the penis sleeve and stay in place.
The ring and the penis sleeve will come off together when you are done with intercourse. The sleeve goes
on first, then you pump, then when you are erect you slide the cock ring off the pump tube and over your
penis and penis sleeve. The penis sleeve only extends out about an inch on your base of your cock. The sleeve
creates a solid vaccuum and protects your hard penis from the pain of the tight cock ring. I can't remember
where I ordered the penis sleeve from but I will go back and look it up and let you know. Another Old Man will
know, he gave the site for the penis sleeve to me. Scroll back on the posts for "constriction rings" and it will
be in there. I will also look for the site.

I have found that for general PT, an Adam & Eve generic house pump ($15) is fine. I do three cycles, very slow up the first, like 3 pumps and hold for 10 seconds. End when the unit lifts off the bottom. It may take a few more pumps to hold this elevated position if there is leakage. Hold for 4-6 minutes a cycle. Resist the tendency to overdo it. It's supposed to feel tension but NEVER pain. There was a good video posted once on FT that I follow. For use with rigs I can't comment.

I need tight constriction in order to maintain my erection. I currently need to use two Osbon constriction bands to maintain my erection. Do the foam sleeves reduce the amount of tension applied by the constriction bands? Also, does the 1” projection interfere with your partner’s sensation?

dt, the foam sleeve does not affect the amount of restriction the rings have. The foam sleeve
is very plyable and "gives" a lot. I don't think you would notice any less restriction to help with
your erection. The sleeve also does not affect any part of the sensation for your partner. It says
that it's an inch, but it does not seem to be that much. You will have plenty of room to use 2 rings,
I also use two rings. The foam sleeve does help with that "snapping" you get when you apply the
rings to your penis and it does give some comfort with the very tight feeling of the rings. I had
my doubts until I tried it but it does work. The other benefit is that when you are finished with
intercourse, it's very easy to get the rings off, the penis sleeve helps a lot with this. Lemme know
how it works for you........take good care and good luck

There are 3 different circumferences depending on your measured flaccid size. I have a #2 and a #3. The #2 seems to add a little tension if anything, but is more difficult to slide on and off.

I had the same question about my partner feeling the extension. She says can't feel any difference.

Another Old Man,
I do agree, the number 2 foam sleeve is more difficult to slide off, and sometimes
even slide on. I did notice that the number 2 sleeve does help me greatly with the
"hinge" effect, I stay pretty straight without much hinging down. I also did order
the number 3 sleeve but I have not received it yet, I am anxious to try it though.
If you get at all "excited". getting your growing hardness to pump through that number
2 sleeve can be a pain, in more ways than one.

I don't understand, do you still get erections? IF one can't get an erection, how do you keep a sleeve on?

You will get the erection. slide the sleeve on your penis, use the pump, slide the rings
off the pump and over the sleeve, your hard cock is inside the sleeve....
