Suffering from ED (venous leak), my urologist suggested I try a vacuum pump before considering surgery. Research lead me to a Bathmate Hydromax 7. I liked the ability to combine it with my shower routine and, although expensive ($170), I was persuaded by its boldly stated 60 Day Money-Back Guarantee, in which they claim that when you buy through the official Bathmate website (which I did), “we’ll give you a complete, no-questions-asked, 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee!” I received it quickly and was impressed by the quality of the finish but I was decidedly NOT satisfied. I tried it a half dozen times, rigorously following the instructions, looking at the videos, combing this website for tips from other users, and contacting Bathmate that basically only provided me with instructions that were just copied from their website. It was not only awkward to use in the shower but it didn’t work AT ALL; I could never get a vacuum seal and therefore experienced no effect from my considerable efforts. This made the device worthless to me. So okay, this wasn’t for me, but no problem, I had the “Money-Back Guarantee”, right? WRONG! I contacted them about how to return the device and received a response from “Mel” who said I could keep the Bathmate and they would refund 35% of the cost of it. This was not satisfactory to me as it didn’t work and I wanted to move on and find another one that did. When I conveyed this to “Mel” he disappeared and after five attempts to get a response of how I could utilize the guarantee, I’ve come to the conclusion that this company, despite all of its slickness, is a fraud. I’m out the $170 but I’m posting this so others who, like me are looking in good faith for a solution to a difficult medical problem, will not be duped.

My story with Bathmate is the same. It's a scam. The told me I didn't buy through one of their sites--but I know I did. BATHMATE IS A SCAM.

There is a lot of information regarding a Bathmate on PEGym, including a thread overseen by a Bathmate rep. You might want to join and discuss your issues on the Bathmate thread.

MICKEYSEE;

HOT DOG. I was about to post to you telling you I would buy your hydromax 7 but went to the official website. According to the website, I need a Hydromax 9 for my unit.

Bro, there is a learning curve. Guys on PEGYM and THUNDERSPLACE report good results with these things because of the warm water pressure within the pump and the fact that there is very little if any discoloration on the skin of your cock as in standard pump use with non water filled cylinders.

Of utmost importance is lots of vaseline on your pubic area where the pump hits your body and even vaseline on the pubic rim of the cylinder. Shaving your cock, balls, and a ring around your pubic fat pad area where the cylinders bumps into your fat pad also helps. You have got to form a good seal with the vaseline. I dont have a hydromax but I have several cylinders I purchased from LA PUMP. They are lots of fun. I have a big tea jar type cylinder which pumps cock and balls. It is fun to use that cylinder and see my boys and cock so enlarged coming out of the pump. Using a padded big cock ring around cock and balls holds that pump for a few hours and makes you feel like you have a massive porn star package inside your slacks. My wife hates the bulge that it produces, but i love it. I am not talking about the gross tiger pumping extremes I have seen on the web where men pump their balls and cocks to obscene dimensions that defy logic and where men looks like freaks with huge huge fluid filled obscene balls and cocks all red and angry.

Done safely, pumping is fun and lots of guys do experience lots of growth in length and girth. You have to stay at it. I have a friend on Thundersplace who is approaching ten inches in length by seven inches in girth. He has done this thru pumping with a heating pad around the cylinder. Heat he says is necessary along with consistent pumping for permanent gains.

I hope you retry your cylinder. Too bad I cant buy it from you. I always hated the discoloration of pumping, and am intrigued by the warm water in the hydromax where men report no discoloration of the penis and balls.

I just posted on the pegym.com site on the Bathmate Support thread. No response yet. I am about a day away from challenging the charge on my credit card.

I have shaved around my balls for years (pumped for several years years ago). I had no problem with getting a seal. I'm fighting ED. The pump was basically useless for me. Bathmate just refused to honor a guarantee.

Mickysee wrote:Thanks for tips re: getting Bathmate to work. I have tried all of them, several times, and could never get it to work. I have moved on— gotten another brand which works well— but am still most pissed about their scam of a money back guarantee and their total silence to my civil emails regarding it. Those useless pieces of hardware aren’t cheap!

After rounds with the OFFICIAL Bathmate site, I realized I bought mine from bathpump.com through the link on PEGym.com. They took care of me. I posted this I PEGym:

"I'm here to have dinner. The main course is crow. I let my anger at the lack of customer service at the main OFFICIAL Bathmate site cloud my judgment. For that, I apologize. Moreover, Walter took care of it immediately and I thank him for that.

Before I developed ED, I enjoyed sex with my wife. My penis measured just shy of 8" (BPEL) x 5.75" (MEG ?), but ED has taken its terrible toll. I ordered the 9, which was too large and cumbersome. I suggested an exchange, but I got no response of any kind from the OFFICIAL site for three weeks--then they asked me for my order info. I sent it in immediately, then no response except to tell me I didn't buy it from them. I protested that I did...then I posted my rant here. Walter straightened me out.

I did use it while this was going on and noticed that I had more girth (no erection) after finishing. I won't go into all the details, but will say that I just bought a Hydroextreme 7. I know that not everyone responds the same way to drugs, tools, etc., but I've read too many testimonials that had success with it and saw very few that didn't have success with it.

IF YOU BUY A BATHMATE, BE CERTAIN TO BY IT FROM bathpump.com, NOT THE OFFICIAL SITE AND IT'S TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Thank you, Walter for your help."

Walter is the rep on PEGym. I hope that helps.
