Retired 65 y.o. Married. Moderate ED since 2019. Use constriction band ocassionately to help maintain erection, or Cialis/Viagra. Nocturnal/morning erections returning with VED usage. Lower libido than before.

Week 3 report with combined VED / traction therapy. Very little improvement on curve reduction. 1/2 gain in length, 1/4 inch in circumference. I have had a little more difficulty getting hard due to some loss is sensitivity. 9 more weeks to go to maintenance mode. I’ve added rest days every fourth day which I think help.
63yr old. PDwith 40% dor. Curve. Pre-PD 7”x6”.lost 2 in. due to PD. ED prior to PD. Switched from Sildalifil to Trimix Nov 2023 . Currently titrating Trimix for optimization.

Does anyone else use a vacuerect? I’ve used the bath mate and it’s ok but I purchased a vacuerect and really like it. it comes with multiple size rings of all sizes and the ring fits on the end of the pump, makes using a ring while pumping very easy. And holds the erection because the ring is on while your pumping. The only thing I don’t like about it is that if you have a lot of girth it fills the cylinder tight. Your instructed to lube up before pumping. I have 6” of girth so if I pump hard i have to pull hard to remove the cylinder. The rings a more heavy duty strong enough to keep its shape and size. Some other rings I’ve tried expand and don’t keep a good erection.
