this interesting but its like trying to understand japanese . sploosing injecters , ....sloosh pills around . a video of the procedure up to the finish project before actually applying would be nice

(Also for implanters it could only help for the glands since that is all you have left that can be affected by the PGE-1. But I see my glans only really expands when I use the velcro strip as a cock ring .. if no constriction there's not a lot of glans engorge -- but that's just me. Not sure if such a constriction can be done with an implant?

Where are you getting Misoprostal from? I’ve never heard about it being used for erectile dysfunction - searching has a vague patent on applying it to glans, or it causing ED

My urologist will prescribe muse but I don’t think I can get something that experimental. I’d prefer trying a gel then risking scar tissue problems

I had it prescribed by my urologist. I can confirm it definitely increases engorgement a lot

I was curious and did a little googling. It appears Misoprostal is a PG E-1. I was unable to determine what difference, if any, there is between it and alprostadil. I think I'd try splooshing some if I had access to it.
