I have used an erecaid esteem for a few months now. It was well looked after.
It just failed, no vacuum can be generated. There must be a leak internally, out of sight. For there are no obvious leaks anywhere else.

Very disappointed given the price of the device.

I'd call the manufacturer. I bet they will help you out with that if you bought it new. Mine has worked well for ~ 7 years.

Sorry I didn't respond, I would have done so but it started working again.

Must have been my own incompetence after all. Not sure what went wrong.
