How long after you use the constriction ring for sex do you take a break and let the blood flow back in. How long of a break do you need to take? And how long does it take you to pump up the penis for sex?

15 to 20 min max or earlier if it feels like it needs a break.

I never timed the breaks. I go by feel. If Dick's happy so an I.

The first erection takes a bit but that's going to vary by individual. I take awhile due to nerve damage. The signal from my brain telling my dick it's supposed to be aroused doesn't function at all. It takes some convincing to convince the valves in my dick to open and allow blood in. The re-pump after a break goes much faster.

That seems to always be the case here also. Even when working with my water pump in the shower, the first is always the slowest and more difficult.

Does an ed drug help the 1st pump? Some have said it does even though the drug is no longer effective for them.
I think it maybe helps a little, but that may all be in my head.(pun intended!)

I believe the ED drugs help to improve the inflow of blood. My problem is that there is little if anything there to prevent the outflow.

Hey another oldman. I see you be been using the Ved for 2 or 3 years. Have you gained girth from using it for that long.

I don't know. Let me clarify. Have I gained from the point I started pumping? I did not measure before starting but now it does seem to have both more length and more girth. However I can't say it exceeds what was there when I was a rampant young man. If the question was, "Did I get back what I had lost from ed?" The answer would be, "If not 100% then close."

I'm confident the Ed drugs (generic Viagra) makes pumping easier for me. The pills do nothing on their own.
