If you're not already manscaping your balls I'm going to strongly suggest you do before trying to put a doubled up rubberband on them. A silicone ring designed for that purpose (balls) might be better with or without the grooming but I'd still suggest some grooming. Otherwise I see some pain in your future.

My 2 inch cylinder cracked so I went to my larger one using a home made soft plastic base to hold out my balls. Worked fine till my new one came in. The larger cylinder made my cock balloon out. Be careful with that.

DougAnd, what do you mean "balloon out"? How big of a cylinder did you use?

The proper size cylinder can be the difference between comfortable or inefficient of a pump routine.
I had prostate surgery,
I first got a 2.5” tube since my healthy width was about 2”. Add a little room?
Ended up with a uncomfortable nut sucking machine!
Went to a 2” tube hopping that wasn’t too big.
It was a little bit, since I had shrunk in size, but after some time it seemed a good fit.
You want a cylinder that is comfortable, but one you will start to pack out towards the end of the routine.
If it’s too small a diameter, enlargement may not happen.
To big, it won’t be comfortable.
Size does matter.
It’s why companies like Leluv make cylinders in 1/8” increments.
I have now a 2” and a 2.25” and the difference seems huge.
Have to start with the 2” first, then got to 2.25” after my penis gets fully engorged.

I believe he is talking about edema.
It is a watery fluid in our body.
When using a VED, some fluid will build up, but this is normal and OK.
If you pump up too fast ( high pressure) early, or pump too long, or too high pressure for long periods of time, you will get edema.
Mostly a large buildup beneath the glads and known as a doughnut.
If you develop a doughnut, you are over pumping.
The main idea is to get fresh blood into the penis and expand the chambers.
For us with ED, we need to keep a slow steady approach.
After 3yrs of ved , I have gained an inch in length, and would call it a fatty now.
I have also used manual stretching and extenders , also an easy all day stretcher. (Phallosan forte)
Stay safe and enjoy!

Good to know! I got a manual pump, trigger type, i tried once to see how i could take it and usually pump to -5 , but pushed it to -10 with viagra, that made the donut ! Didnt do that again! The cylinder is 2.5" and with the ring as well it gets girthy. I agree it goes with the size of your dick to give it rm. I have a pic in my thread - wife too tight, if that helps.
