I wouldn't really know which is best. I'd say any one with a good constriction ring application system. I have an ErecAid that I find works well but I won't claim it's the best as it's the only quality grade system I've used.

I had an Osbon years ago. It's a medical grade device, and reputed to be one of the best brands, but all of them work about the same - just a vacuum tube and some kind of device to slip the constriction ring on. My wife and I found it to be a big disappointment. It was clumsy, uncomfortable, and unsatisfying. My wife hated the way it felt and refused to let me use it after a couple of tries. It was no big loss, though, because I didn't like it either. But to be fair, there have been a couple of reports of guys here who are happy with theirs.

Agreed. I have one I got at a sex shop for $60 CDN Dr. Perito told me to pump it up so it is comfortable but 1 more pump would not be comfortable. Other than that just make sure it has a quick release valve and make sure you get a good seal on the pubic region... shave and use water or lube all the war around.

I have been using my Erecaid system with Osbon bands for over eight years. About three years ago, I broke the hand pump lever and replaced the pump mechanism with a battery powered pump. I highly recommend the battery powered pump. I saw it was being offered on thr Erecaid site for $175. You might be able to get it for less on Amazon.

I have two different VED's. The one I use is the Encore Deluxe, For $125 it comes with the battery and manual pump. The ring ejection system on this pump works really well for me.
No matter which brand you go with, watch the videos and practice by yourself until you can achieve an erection and eject the ring(s) with ease. In addition, you may want to experiment with different brands and sizes of rings The more time you put in practicing by yourself the better you chances of success.
