I have a Pos T Vac system and had to work with my doctor to get one large enough to accommodate my girth.

This is actually my second unit. I went to my urologist for the first unit and they had a person doing demos and writing down information to be sent off to the pump company. The guy demo-ing it to me did not look at my anatomy but demoed on his shirt and fingers. I understood the process, but I was very unhappy with the pump that I received -- I completely filled the tube. Not bragging, just saying. Nevertheless I used it for a while on and off.

I went to the urologist again to schedule another procedure and as part of this was told that I'd receive a pump. "I already have one from you guys." The office then instructed me to bring my existing unit to my appointment.

Upon seeing my "old" pump, inside diameter about 2.25", my urologist immediately asked me how I'd ever been able to use it. "With a lot of lube." was my answer. He immediately went back to his store room and brought out one where the tube was about 3" in diameter. He said this was an appropriate size for me and made me show him that it would work for me and that I had sufficient room in the cylinder.

One thing I noticed right away was the squared off edge of the cylinder 'poked' my skin at the pubic area above my cock and the scrotum beneath. In talking with guys on here, I learned that you can get a "Silicone Pump Sleeve" that will not only help with the seal (I wax/shave so that's not really an issue) but also cushion the unforgiving edge of the tube as it pokes my tender flesh.

I just tried it out and all I have to say is the new combination of fat pipe and silicone cushion is WONDERFUL.

Don't give up! the right combination of hardware for your anatomy is possible!

I totally agree with you cause that sleeve works wonders. your balls can't be sucked in too.

I use a sleeve from calXotics from amazon. works on sleeve up to 3inch.

I'm confused. Do these sleeves work with the constriction rings? I've got an Encore manual, 2"od and pretty much everytime I pop the ring on I get a bubble/bulge and have to pull the ball sack skin back down then re-pump.

Do these sleeves work with the constriction rings?

I'm assuming the answer was yes. I ordered mine but jeez that's pricey(~$30+shipping) for a hunk of foam. After perusing the web for over an hour it seems u&metime is the only supplier that comes close. Now I'm off to wait by my mailbox.

If it works for you it is well worth it. If not it is money flushed.

Be sure to soak in hot water then lube the sleeve b4 sliding on your limp dick.
Took some practice sessions for me to get the technique down, but I have always been awkward.

I pretty much use it every time we have sex. The only exception is when I use a Tantus C ring during sex. The C Ring and the foam sleeve are not compatible.

I've tried a sleeve with fairly good results but here's a question. I'm no John Holms. 6" pumped up. The sleeve is tophat shaped and that means approx. 2" of shaft gets shielded. That means I loose about 1/3 of dick to warm pussy sensation. Has anyone trimmed their sleeves down?

Are you using the extended version? The length of the extended version is 2". The standard version is 1". I use the standard version. When I use 2 rings it doesn't look like I give up much "real estate" compared to 2 rings without the standard sleeve.

I have the standard 1". With the extra thickness of the sleeve I can get away with using a single tension band but even with 2 it seems like there's some wasted 'real estate' taken up by the sleeve. I'm hoping for some medical breakthrough where implants will increase length by a couple inches by the time, if and when, I'm ready for that route.
