Pump (VED) Exercise

Postby jackpTenn » Wed Apr 28, 2010 6:28 am

VED EXERCISE

ED, PEYRONIES, CORPORAL FIBROSIS AND VENOUS LEAKAGE

As some of you know the instructions that come with the VED can be vague. Old Man at Peyroniessocitey.org gave this exercise to me

NEVER PUMP TO THE POINT OF PAIN OR EXCESS PRESSURE!! I did at first and caused a bruise on my penis that took weeks to heal. With this more is not better. Also hair can be a problem getting a good seal. Some of us just keep it trimmed back and others shave around the penis, what ever works for you. Do Not use a constriction ring for exercise.

VED for exercise. Every day.
Start with a good seal and pump to about 80% erect. Hold for 15-20 seconds then release, (do not break seal). Do this for about 5 minutes.

Over the next 5 minutes pump up to a 100% erection using the pump hold and release for 15-20 second method. Do Not Break The Seal.

The next 5 minutes keep pumping to 100% erection using the pump, hold and release. Caution does not over pump to the point of pain. At this point if you have shrinkage you may see some gain. After a few weeks.

VED for sex.
Start by properly placing the constriction ring on the cylinder. Get a good seal and pump to about 80% erection using pump and hold about 5 times. Then increase to about 90% erection and place the constriction ring.

Constriction Rings.
Constriction ring fit is a personal thing what may be right for me will not work for you. It will not be comfortable the first few times you use it. Trial and error are the only way to find which ring holds you best. Do not use over 30 minutes.

IMHO Osborn makes the best constriction rings. I had severe venous leakage and corporal fibrosis so I had to use the Osborn D ring. (Very tight.)

Any questions just let me know.

This is a good post. Thanks for the info. Everyone with a pump should read this.

All constriction rings are expensive. fortunately they generally last a long time. The best prices around are at Vitality Medical. Here is the link:

I also recommend the Osbon rings based on personal experience. My ED is also due to venous leakage. I was using the two size X rings together of this line here http://www.rejoynstore.com/pouliirosuri.html

A couple of months ago, I bought the Osbon pink D rings too. I still have to use two of these rings, but they are much more comfortable. Even though I was able to ejaculate through the old rings I was using, I feel I am either ejaculating more or it's just easier to ejaculate through the Osbon rings due to their design.

In fact, that is one of the reasons I have not been around lately. The wife and I have been putting the Osbon rings through several different tests. ;)

Dave,
We have missed you, but VERY glad to know you have been busy with FAR more important matters. Welcome back. Keep sharing your profound knowledge of pumping with all of us, will you? Thanks for the rec's on the rings.

Hi Gang, I just joined yesterday.

I do a low pump pressure and kegels exercise routine which keeps things working without the pump later. My pump is manual so after shaving hair from around my penis I might sit down to watch or read some porn. Lube up and insert my penis. Just 2 or 3 pumps to suck the limp noodle into the tube. Rest at low pressure for a couple of minutes then release and rest a couple more. Pump 2-4 times and do 10 kegels and release for equal time. Never hard pumping but low and slow. Continue till I have oh maybe a 100 or more done and then take the pump off and clean it and me up. Couple times a week. I might do kegels in her hand to tease us for later after a bath. Sometimes I have her do kegels on my fingers or my tongue.

Once we got the pump I asked her to help me learn about it and explore. I mean I now would have felt strange trying to do something that obvious privately. That had an unusual effect on her. Now she might ask if we can get the pump up and read or watch video together for a while and then stop. She has my permission to place requests with me now. I encourage her to speak up about what she wants. Maybe then dinner is ready so we eat. Take a joint bath or shower and cleanup real good after dinner. Do a little razor care while in the bath and then dry off. Do mutual skin care slowly. Nothing overt just good coverage and with a smell I can stand. I did finally have to speak up about product smells. She had been using some products I did not like the smell of for years. I finally spoke up and we found others I liked better.

For us then maybe I take a pill and we go to bed early and see what happens with no pump and we talk. Sometimes I might get a stuffable erection and stuff it and then do kegels while we talk some more. She is so warm. Sometimes it rises right up and no stuffing is required but normal entry happens. Sometimes I rise up and do not stuff but pay attention to her only and go to sleep. We play with the sexual tension of the situation. We never seem to know where it is going to take us. We try to be glad we are making the trip.

So now at 65 and 71 our goal is different. Oh, we still want sex but it is a kinder more gentle and varied dance because we now include some things we had abandoned in our youth.
It is not the same but it sure is OK and we are happy to be together and alive and healthy.

Jim

Hi Guys,

I used another good ring supplier at http://www.noogleberry.com/shop/penis-e ... at_33.html when I bought my pump.

Reasonable selection, nice feeling rings with ears for easy on and easy off and good prices.

Hope this helps someone and let us know after your arrive, Jim.

How long do you wait before pumping back up? Do you just let the vacuum drop to zero then pump immediately, or do you wait for a few seconds?

You have revived a 12 year old thread!
To answer your question, when exercising I don't break the pump's seal when deflating so there is always some vacuum present. I tend to not wait much longer than a second or 2 before re-pumping.
Married 50+ years. Use VED for sex and do
daily exercises with both water and vacuum pumps.
