I pump pretty regularly between sessions to maintain "form". Only moderate, no strain, just lifting off the tube, 3 x 2 min.

Pumping seems to add some good girth (maybe 1/2"+ diameter) but not much length so far (maybe 1/2" so far). The increase head and glans are especially noticeable. It does seem much plumper and bigger and pinker when flaccid.

The Q: Do folks pump before injecting and sex? If so is there an optimum timing?

My concern is that the extra girth may require more Tri-Mix to maintain the same stiffness on the erection or it may fade more quickly or the chemicals may be swept out. Wifey want both girth and stiffness. Thanks.

I wouldn't recommend it. I pump too - but never in conjunction with an injection and only for general maintenance or enlargement. Thinking you want a flaccid penis to inject into. I read elsewhere around here, that the tiny needle hole could actually draw out blood.

I do, but not to a full erection! I find that the little extra size helps with "targeting" the needle. I spoke to my specialist nurse about this and she said there was no problem with using the two therapies together.

On other occasions what I have found very successful is pumping after injecting, as with most men after prostate cancer I lost length, using the pump post injection helps the penis to fill more completely, my lady particularly appreciates this. I was initially concerned that the vacuum would cause bleeding from the injection site or increase bruising but so far I have not experienced either.

I tried once with a band on and probably wont do that again. No real problem except that instead of a small spot of blood there was a small puddle. Bleeding stopped with removal of the band and a minute of alcohol pad pressure. Pros: could see an injection site clear as day. Cons: too much injection site blood, decreased effectiveness of injectable due to more blood in penis(I'm new to injecting and have yet to get hard enough but could tell the med. strength was diminished).
