For a year or so, I've been using a LeLuv 2.3" x 9" pump. I broke the fitting on top and ordered a new tube. Their ad says if you want to gain length, use a smaller diameter, so I ordered a 2.1" diameter.
It is not getting me as long or as hard. It's also not engorging my glans like the previous tube. I'm not touching the walls.
I can't figure out what is causing the change. The seal is the same, and I'm using the same amount of pressure and time in the tube.

Re: LeLuv Pump Diameter
Your new tube is a little smaller, and even though you're not touching the sides (yet) there's a difference. According to other pumping site posts I've read you won't really be working on length until you're packing the tube, that way all the pressure is pulling at the head, you just have to be very careful and not go with too much pressure (5hg or less), or time in the tube that could cause a blister to start forming. I have a LeLuv 2 1/8" tube and a 2" tube, both with the round-flange base, when using my 2" tube I get the same affect you do, it seems even though I don't touch the sides "completely" the slightly larger tube allows more vacuum all around with greater room for expansion, in all directions.
Gaining length from just pumping is possible, but it takes time, don't rush it or you erection quality (EQ) will suffer. You have to find the " sweet spot" routine that works best for you and that can be a trial and error thing.
