I have a Timm Medical Pos-T-Vac MVP 700, which is a manual model. Using a Pos-T-Vac Mach ring, or two, I can have erections for intercourse that are as good or better than in my youth, long before ED set in.

Agreed, the MVP is a great pump, and I think has the highest vacuum pressure of any FDA approved medical pump. You will get great results with this device.

The basic principle is the same for all pumps. What I've found that matters most is simple ease of use. You should be able to easily pump it up and deflate it at the touch of a button. What's important is that you can ride the pressure release up to 350.

Get yourself a LeLuv cylinder ($40) and a Harbor Freight brake bleeder kit ($25), you'll have an excellent cylinder and a pump with a gauge. Don't buy expensive setups when all you need are these. You can even purchase a pump, with a gauge, from LeLuv if you choose, you will need the hose and coupler to go with the pump and cylinder. if you do order one from them.

I've tried several pumps from over-the-counter to medical grade and my preference is the Erecaid Classic. The reasons: (1) Medical Grade, (2) Design of the rings, and (3) ease of installing the rings. I require 1 or 2 rings to maintain a usable erection, but if that is not your case, I would think that almost any VED will suffice.

I don't get the whole gimmick of sliding the rings from the tube onto your dick. Once you are out of the pump it is all the same whether the ring was on first or not. You have to kegel to keep it full anyway. You can even wear a ring inside the cylinder if you want.

I use the somaerrect medical grade pump and 2 rings which slide onto my penis while its hard in the pump the rings are tight enough to keep the blood in my penis giving me the ability to have sex for 30mins and keep my erection at about 3 to 4 o'clock if I was to remove my penis without the rings my erection would go down immediately

I see in your signature that your proud guy is L=8¼. It looks great and perspective is everything - meaning no one can really judge from the pic - but from that angle it doesn't seem 8". Again, I don't have the perspective to judge so please don't take offense. But, is that particular pic showing you when your dick was at 8"?

I see people on here refer to "medical grade", what's the difference, they're designed to make you spend more money on a VED! I see their med grade pumps are $289, the combo I mentioned above costs $40 for the cylinder and $25-30 for the brake bleeder kit, a lot less than their FDA approved one! I used an $18 cylinders for years along with a brake bleeder kit from Harbor Freight with no cracking, no breaking, and issues. I did upgrade my cylinder to a LeLuv one because of the ease of the rounded-flange. With the rounded-flange it seals easier you can use a constriction band with it, and it does EVERYTHING an FDA approved one does except drain your wallet.
Read the description below, the ONLY thing different is the FDA bullshit, all pumps do everything else! Like I've said before, be sure you have a gauge with your setup, especially if you plan on doing any maintenance pumping routines, hence the Harbor Freight Brake Bleeder Kit. Anyone claiming the medical grade pumps are better is outright lying to you.

I'm in the UK so medical approved pumps you can get on prescription so because of my age the are basically free I will have to take a picture with a ruler to prove my size
