Hey, i am a young guy (33 soon) with pretty severe ED who tried EVERYTHING. so Implant in the coming years is probable.
I'm already seeing atrophy from absence of erection (random, night, morning, etc.. i get none). its awful and i wish to stop the atrophy until i get a implant.
But i tried 2-3 cheap models on amazon and the experience is pretty bad. it does not gets me hard and the cylinder are too big so it sucks and pump the skin around the base of my penis.
FDA approved models are like 300-400$ cad so very expensive for me.. is there a good in between ? I read about the LeLuv brand on ebay, anyone use it ? https://www.ebay.ca/str/leluvshop
thank you !

you need to get what they call a body guard ..it is a flat ring that goes around your cock and lays on your pubic area ..gives the pump something to seal to and keeps you from sucking your balls into the pump I used one from amazon and it worked well.
Rigicon since 6-2023 happy to share my experience and do show and tell

Hi Vincent.
You need to use some lubricating gel to get your penis inside the flat ring. Without lubrication it will never go in. The lubrication will also help your penis to grow inside the pump tube. I use Aqua-Gel from Amazon. You must use a water-based lubricating gel.
Good luck.

I endorse the idea of a good ring on the tube. I use one that's actually full length. It has a base around the tube and then an inner cylinder of silicone that goes all the way to near the top. As to getting your soft penis into the ring, I've always found that no matter how soft it is, if I place it over the tip of my penis and begin the suction it'll draw the little guy up into the tube.
The VED's I've used are all cheap battery powered from various mail retailers.

Vincent,
I have a Somaerect for sale, see my post a few threads below. I don't know what your budget is, but I'm flexible on price. I'd hate to throw this in the landfill...

You do not have to spend four hundred dollars, but you should consider getting a VED pump that can use a tight silicone ring, which goes on the bottom of the pump and then to the base of the penis when the erection is created. The chances are, if you do not use a ring, you'll lose the erection when you remove the VED. I tried the non-medical pumps and while they got me hard, as soon as the pressure was released, the erection was lost. My VED pump is from Timm Medical, but there are other very good medical quality brands available. Timm Medical has a number of videos by their expert, Andy I believe is his name, which show all aspects of the art of pumping and they're available on you tube. It's a learning experience but, in my experience, very worthwhile, safe and affordable. With a little practice, many (but not all) men with ED can use a VED and ring to create an erection any time they want.
I'm in my early 70's. Serious problems with ED started in my early 60's. ED drugs were eventually not effective enough. Aquired VED pump and constriction rings in 2024 which provides usable erections for sexual activity.

New here but the LELUV Cylinder is what I chose. Bought one of their kits but don’t waste your money, the pump itself if junk. Poorly made and mine leaked so bad it was unusable.
The Cylinders however are great and come in a ton of diameters. I threw away the pump and grabbed my MITYVAC PUMP from the garage from my brake bleeder kit.
When the cylinder is sized appropriately you do not need the rubber seal but I have one of those also for the next bigger size cylinder I purchased.
Buy the proper diameter cylinder from LeLuv on Amazon, then buy their 24” silicone hose with the adapter fitting on it for the cylinder, and a good automotive vacuum pump with gauge.
Works wonderfully.
I use mine strictly for rehab after 20+ years of ed. so no rings to worry about. These do have a flange at the bottom which may be an issue if using for sex instead of rehab. I have zero regrets and some quick results.
I can fill the 1.75” cylinder so I use it to stretch more in length, then every once in a while I will do a 2” Cylinder to work more on girth ( I get slightly less length on the scale with the larger cylinder).
Don’t spend a bunch of money on medical grade, most don’t even have a gauge and they max out at 17hg, way way way more than you want to subject your dick to, trust me. LELUV CYLINDERS!
