Re: Pumps compared
I've tried several pumps from over-the-counter to medical grade and my preference is the Erecaid Classic. The reasons: (1) Medical Grade, (2) Design of the rings, and (3) ease of installing the rings. I require 1 or 2 rings to maintain a usable erection, but if that is not your case, I would think that almost any VED will suffice.

Is your purpose to use rings for sex or to just pump for penile rehabilitation?

Use ring/s for PIV and pump by itself for exercising. Given up on rehab.

I have a Timm Medical PTV MVP 700, which is a manual model. Using a Mach ring or two, I can have erections for intercourse that are as good or better than in my youth, long before ED set in.
I may get their PTV 3000 Automatic, which uses batteries, for the convenience of only needing one hand to operate it when using a ring.
I am sure that there are a number of different medical quality erectile devices, both manual and electric, that are fine.

I'm in my early 70's. Serious problems with ED started in my early 60's. ED drugs were eventually not effective enough. Aquired VED pump and constriction rings in 2024 which provides usable erections for sexual activity.

Alan, get yourself one of these. You'll have to size the cylinder accordingly but you definitely want to have one with a gauge.

Retired 65 y.o. Married. Moderate ED since 2019. Use constriction band ocassionately to help maintain erection, or Cialis/Viagra. Nocturnal/morning erections returning with VED usage. Lower libido than before.

The Vacurect is a medical grade device that is simple to use. It doesn’t take up much space which is nice when traveling.
The LA Pump is also a quality pump. It has a pressure gauge, which is nice when pumping for penile rehab sessions, so you don’t over do it.

Age 59, happily married over 39 years. Take daily Cialis, supplemented with Levitra before sex. Also use a Vacurect VED with a PosTVac Mach Ring. Still trying to get TRT dialed in.
