Why use a VED?
No offense to anyone, but it seems to me that the VED is the WORST solution to ED in the market today. Why would you want to use it other than to prep for a penile implant?
Genetically sky-high Lp(a) of 390 led to various heart diseases. Ultra-low testosterone of 120 (now 480 with Clomid) also contributed to ED at age 41. Managing with daily Cialis, but for me, the implant is a "when", not an "if".

Treatments work differently for different people I personally don't mind using the pump gives me a harder erection than pills and injections do so for me it's great

VED works well in combination with other treatments. It also works well as a stand-alone for masturbation.

If I wish I can quit using a pump and things revert to status quo. When I am finished pumping I have my regular dick back.
There is no going back from a penile implant.
Married 50+ years. Use VED for sex and do
daily exercises with both water and vacuum pumps.

Why? (1) Because nothing else worked - pill or injections; (2) because at my age I didn't want to go for an implant; (3) Because it pumps flesh blood in and out of the penis;(4) Because it feels very pleasurable to feel a hard erection again; (5) Because it allows me to have PIV for up to a half hour; It takes very little time to use during foreplay with advance preparation - Pump, lube and rings.
I wish I had regular ejaculations instead of retrograde - even though I still have the feelings it's not the same and I miss that more - No cure for that!

85 yrs old. Married 42 yrs. On meds for B/P, Cholesterol and BPH. Greenlight procedure yrs ago. 30 yrs ED w/Retrograde Ejaculations. Tried Pills, Injections & different pumps. Excellent results with ErecAId pump & Beige D & Gray D rings.

Retired 65 y.o. Married. Moderate ED since 2019. Use constriction band ocassionately to help maintain erection, or Cialis/Viagra. Nocturnal/morning erections returning with VED usage. Lower libido than before.

Never dreamed I would ever put Mr. Happy in one of these devices. When I found this board and decided to get my ED under control I found out that injecting without a plump up was going to be very difficult so I bought the VED with the explicit purpose to get me plump enough to have flawless injections.
However I found that my penis (once DOA during the pandemic) could be trained and expanded and my size went from about 5 to 7" in erect state and especially my girth has become much wider. My wife started to say, why are you getting so large? Yes the VED has become a focal point of my sex life. I try to use it every day for at least 5. As my wife has been out of town I have been using it every day and I must say that it reached 8" in the VED the other day and I am sure my Misses with be asking why I seem even larger. LOL.
The VED promotes healthy penis life, brings in oxygen and opens capillaries and restores the penis to what it should be.
I almost came in my VED once so that was a pretty hot piece of time.
Only problem with a VED is I think it can be addictive to a sexually additive person. One must be careful not to overuse it, but to use it with some caution for sure
