I use one or sometimes two Osbon Rings which I preload on the pump before using. As stated in a previous post - make sure your testicles are kept out of the way of being drawn into the pump - failing to do so can be very uncomfortable. If using the Osbon ErecAid rings make sure they are loaded onto the pump oriented correctly for use (notches placed correctly), When pumped to the desired erection, i usually let out a tiny amount of vacuum to make certain that I'm comfortable., I snap the ring/s/ off the pump and onto the base of the shaft and then release the vacuum and remove the pump. Remember: do not leave the ring or rings on over a half hour. Remove the Osbon rings using plenty of lube and pulling on the ears of the ring to get soft if still hard.
