This is hilarious. I am the same exact way! Old age has well prepared me for the day when my children will bathe and wipe me when I have an accident. I was Mr modest. Jr high mortified me. Being naked in front of strangers was traumatic. Then I was on Jr varsity and that changed. We were a team and we all showered together daily. We even skinny dipped in a hidden pond after school. Still I was uncomfortable in front of strangers. And never cooed. Now it's no big deal. My dermo is female, required me to totally strip the first time and took a very long look down below carefully moving everything around. I still go a la buff even though it is not required. Better exam in my opinion. No other reason. Last week I had an anul exam. Stuck a small plug up my butt. Had me strip and wear a gown. I didn't bother to tie it. Why? He just untied it anyway. Well I kneeled and off it came. He tied it got me into position then untied again. After he had a good look he said do you mind if my asst looks? I said sure. But 30 years ago that would have been a no. So she came back and took a close look. Next came a doppler of my penis looking for plaque. The guy told me to pull down my pants and lie down. Then he covered me got ready and uncovered me. After he finished he said do you mind if this student runs the test again. Go ahead. She redid the exact test stroking my penis with the wand. I had a cystoscopy last year. The female assist came in gave me a gown and told me to undress and lie down. Then she came back lifted the gown and scrubbed my penis before grabbing the poor little guy and shoving a needleless syringe down my urethra. The doc had the real fun and all the while we talked. I could go on and on just like most of you. Every 4 months I have testo pellets surgically stuck into my butt. The female assist has me drop my pants and lay on my side then scrubs the cheek and disinfects the area. Next week another cystoscopy. The list never stops. And I haven't even made it to the big one yet, the implant. Had another colonoscopy done recently. Room full of women. They pulled up my gown and I automatically assumed the position. Oh you must have done this before. When you have a rod stuck up your ass you don't forget, right? But this has nothing to do with being naked. It's just all part of the deal. And we all pay good money for it. So might as well enjoy the show. Even though we are always the main attraction.

count me in for wishing I had a bigger bulge! Maybe it was a problem when I was 12 or 13, but since then, no way! My wife enjoys a nice bulge too and sometimes points out an especially prominent one. We laugh, enjoying being naughty.

Visiting any doctor is not among my favorite activities; however at age 79, they have become more and more frequent. My first encounter with a female doctor was my wife's gynocologist. The occasion was a discussion about a vasectomy at age 34. The vas was a necessity because of a RH negative incompatability. Our second kid had to have a blood exchange right after birth and barely made it, thus guaranteed birth control became a necessity. My wife discussed a tubal sterilization procedure vs a vasectomy with her gyno, and they determined a vasectomy was the best and cheapest action. My wife insisted that I meet with her gynocologist to further discuss the surgery. I agreed, but was initially very hesitant at visiting a female doctor though the lady was reported to be very experienced at vasectomies. At my wife's insistence; however, the visit was scheduled. The visit turned out to be more than a discussion and involved a thorough genital exam. My wife was an RN and was present for the exam with lots of questions and show and tell. That was an experience, to say the least, but despite the genital nudity, nothing really embarrassing occurred nor did I find it humiliating. A date was set for the op, and it was subsequently carried out professionally, painlessly, quickly and successfully. My wife also attended that event. Another nude and potentially embarrassing experience. The result of it all; however, was that I decided I preferred female doctors to the male variety regardless of specialty. Over the nearly 45 years since that first gyno visit, I've seen lots of docs for a variety of exams and procedures. Not all have been female, but I find them professional and generally more sympathetic, understanding and informative than their males contemporaries. And being nude and/or having my genitals exposed is not even a minor concern.

It helps that it doesn't stand at attention. I had a TURP procedure several weeks ago and had a cute female nurse. I got blood leaking out of catheter all over my gown. She took off the gown leaving me naked and carefully cleaned the blood from my scrotum and penis before putting a clean gown on me. Before ED I would have got a stick dick and flushed face - now it was just a simple pleasure.

I hear ya... sad isn't it. In the good old days we would be hoping our junk would leap to attention and she would say... "oh my, I think we should go check out this closet"

Dr. Shteynshlyuger: The difference between growers and showers is partly genetic and partly having to do with the health of the man. There are medical problems that cause erectile dysfunction such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, etc. But it has to do with the elasticity of the tissues and that has to do with the collagen content of the tissue. For some men the proportion of collagen is different than others. For example, in men with erectile dysfunction, studies show that there are changes to the penis in the proportion of collagen fibers, and that effects how stretchable the tissue is. Some people are born with more stretchable tissues.

Dr. Kohler: Flaccid penile length doesn't correlate with erect penile length. What does correlate with erect penile length is a penis put on full stretch. You basically grab ahold of your penis and pull it as hard as you can like you’re trying to pull it off. The propensity of the penis to grow is directly proportional to how far you can pull it away from the body.

I am back to the size I was before ED only now I can fuck as long as I want. I couldn't do that before.
