After implant my flaccid is much the same. Erect much shorter and less girth.

I'm not sure there will be a significant difference in your penis if you were a shower before. It does take time for girth with the AMS. I was a grower so my deflated is now 6" constant. It was 3" on a good day.

When I posted my before and after pic it was clear that I was a grower. Now that I am a shower (or at least much better than before) when I get hard it grows a little bit but mostly it just makes hard what I am already showing. I have increased in size, every month (which is now 12), and according to AMS it will continue for the next 12 months. If it does not, I don't care. For the last 10 months I have been able to make love to my wife, which is something I had not been able to do for a very long time.
