Erectile dysfunction (ED) – the inability to achieve or sustain an erection – is very common among males of all ages. I was just thinking of my experiences with some of the 'natural' remedies I have tried in the past and wanted to share. With L Arginine I noticed an uptick in morning wood but more like balsa wood, Maca root: nothing, Ginko: after about a week I felt somewhat more mentally alert, nothing more(placibo?), Red (Korean) Ginseng: I determined that this one resulted in gout like symptoms(BEWARE). Pomegranate juice: nada, what's more it's loaded with sugar but on the plus side it makes a good wine substitute. Watermelon: zip, too much gives you the runs, finally pumpkin/sunflower seeds: I get the raw ones then soak them in a seasoning salt and give them a slight roast, I get a morning balsa wood nothing more.

I read that detoxing your body also helps to increase blood flow in the body.


For me alcohol has always been a boner killer ;)
