Anyone tried dripping into urethra?
Does it work?
More or less painful than injection?

Haven’t tried dripping. Didn’t know that was a thing.
You didn’t say whether you have tried injections or not but if you haven’t tried them, you shouldn’t let the pain potential stop you. In my opinion the pain is very very minimal, maybe a 1 out of 10 and it disappears almost immediately. Definitely worth it.

I've been a Prick Sticker for 7 years and have not had any pain associated with the injections or with the results. Of course, if you have a fantastic weekend at the beach, you may come home with a sore pecker and big grin on your face. There's that.
Born 1948, wed 1969. BPH & Type II Diabetes at age 35. TURP-2002; ED even before that--diabetes. Cardiac valve surgery: 2007 & 2019. Poor results with pills. Started trimix injections in Nov, 2010. Great results from the very beginning.

I can just echo the previous two responses. I've never heard of what you propose and injections work very well for most with little or no pain, myself included.
RRP 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. Wehle. Non nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 7 - 16 units. Originally Edex20 or 40, then compounded PGE1 due to cost. Inject. 14 yrs. It works. FL Treasure coast.

I believe JimStars inserts meds into the urethra with good results. Hopefully he will respond.
