Burning sensation after orgasm

Since my prostectomy I have a very brief burning in my penis at orgasm. It's not bothersome but my uro could not explain it. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi, Yes but it was because I had a UTI, also makes urinating an experience in pain, are you getting that as well?

Not a Ito just a brief sensation that goes through my penis. Doesn't last but a few seconds--just a mystery .

Dr. Mulhall's book "Saving your sex life....", has a mention of the slight burning sensation. Apparently it's not unusual. I'd say it's probably related to the exposed nerve endings that get exposed during the surgery and the contractions of the pelvic floor muscles during orgasm.
