How do you take the ED meds.

I am sorry for the vagueness of my subject but I was wondering if any of you had a routine for taking either of the meds used to treat ED. For me I have found from experience that after I take my meds, instead of laying around waiting for the 30mins - hour time frame , that if I take the medicine before I am ready for bed and stay up and do some last minute chores around the house the meds metabolism more better and I get great results from the pills. If I take the meds and then just wait laying down for the 30-60min window they are not nearly as strong. I feel its from my own metabolic reaction to the medicine. Has anyone else noticed this reaction.? Thank you for your replies in advance,
