Stupid question

I've had RALP surgery. Can masturbation the night before a psa test affect the psa level? I'm thinking no since there is no ejaculation. Could not get an answer from Google. Any thoughts?

If you have no prostate, then masturbation will not affect your PSA levels at all. Masturbate as much as you like. It's one of life's simple pleasures.
