How do i get into clinical trials of ED drugs in the UK ?

Hi,
I want to volunteer myself as a "guinea pig" or "rat" for clinical trials of new ED drugs under clinical trials ,how can i do this ? where do i go to register my interests and availability online ?
I have googled but did not find anything useful yet..still trying.Perhaps someone can shed some light on this or someone has tried this before.
Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated
49 years old , 6 years with severe ED tried shockwave therapy among several therapies no sign of slightest hope,currently on 5mg daily cialis stiIl no sign of hope ....I need a year to make this BOLD decision on implants help me guys make a decision

i dont know of any trials in the uk. but there are a few going on in the USA. theyre trialing stem cells. if ur interested let me know.
