Are there any anxiety meds for psychological Ed?

Psycological ED accounts for about a third of my ED cause ( prior to my pudendal neuralgia it was 100%).

My question is- is there a medication that counters this?

I take Diazepam and Baclofen as muscle relaxants anyway for my PFD, but it seems the vast majority of anti anxiety medications have ED side effect not the other way round.

Are there any medications that fix the psycolgical ED aspect whilst not causing ED itself.

Counselling is absolutely pointless as does not work. Looking for an actual medication that forces the body to relax without causing ED itself.

Thanks.

Don't know any anxiety meds however Trimix overwhelmed my Psychological ED.

It has been 99% effective for me over the past 3 years...

Most anxiety meds will contribute to ED and less libido. I take Lexapro. These are serious meds.

I agree but we dont get Trimix here just crappy Alprostadil alone, and the injections are not massively convenient for certain situations, like festivals, nights out etc.

Apparently buspar is the best med for this but I've never tried it. It can make people tired also.

NeverEnough: You have an inherent anxiety med. I call it my feel-good hormone. You can activate it with heavy muscular activity such as jogging. If you can't run, try fast walking as far as you can go.

I'm a believer in physical workouts helping many ailments, physical and mental.

Buspar (Buspirone) may help.

I don’t think the typical anti anxiety meds will work for what you’re looking for so I’d look into flibanserin, melanotan ii, pt-141. Something that will increase libido and erections plus stimulating your fantasies instead of just stimulations

After my implant I still had problems getting to ejaculation. My doctor prescribed Amantadine for psych reasons. It did not work for me. After that he said no other options except therapy with a sex therapist. I just started that. I will have to see how it goes.

Since you've got Pudendal Neuralgia, your body is likely "guarding" (staying tight to avoid pain), which feeds the mental ED. PT-141 is probably the closest thing to a "reset button" for that mental disconnect.

Have you ever looked into peptides like PT-141, or has it mostly been the standard pharmacy stuff so far?
