Frank Talk is nowadays 95% implant site. I have visited Thunders Place and Pegym but ED is not very much discussed on those sites. Are there any other ED active sites?

Non-implant ED questions still get a vigorous response here. But I get your point that there are a lot more posts and engagement about implants. Making the decision to start Viagra or start TriMix doesn’t carry the same irreversible weight that deciding to get an implant.
Reddit is a good option. If you search Reddit for “erectile dysfunction” a TON of stuff pops up. Give that a shot.

Vigorous response? That is not true. The number of answers to any comment is usually 1 message. Including this topic.

Just avoid the FB ED page, it is run by scammers offering snake oil and fake cures. I was eventually banned from it because I continuously called put its admin/mods for their lies/scam peddling. Despite that its still the biggest on Facebook, very sad to see suckering in desperate men.

I have just found a paid site with lots of professional help, equipment recommendations, etc. It looks OK, but I am not into paid sites, and don't trust them.
Coming from Australia, I did extensive research in old FT topics to educate myself. That is one of the many strengths of FT, a searchable history, and the information is from the guys who suffer it.
It's a free subscription. I love that.
If there are questions you would like answered, let's start a topic/ chat because I am also into everything. ED.
I have inherited cardiovascular disease (creating ED) and just recovered from a Radical Prostatectomy (creating more ED).
Searching ED through prostate cancer can also throw up a lot of other supportive, informative sites.

Yes, I see the loaded answers in that FB group. It's sad.
My guess is why there aren't more sites dedicated to ED is because most guys will start self-cures in the beginning. Too embarrassed to ask, tell or consult. I was one of those guys until I finally gave in and asked my primary doctor for Viagra. When the ED gets bad enough some of us give in.
Many cures that claim to assist males in restoring function are advertised with bloated numbers and false claims. And too many unscrupulous medical practices that only want to make a buck.

Another option for ED information is using AI, like Grok or ChatGPT.
