Seems like the doctor is taking me seriously?

Wanted to get your opinions. Back story on me, I’ve been on this forum since college, so about 9 years or so. I developed ED problems without even realizing it was a problem as a young teenager. When I first learned how to masturbate, I’d squeeze my thighs together as hard as possible to apply pressure. Then I stopped getting erections but didn’t realize it was abnormal or a problem.

In any case, the urologist I just saw wants me to take 5 MG tadalafil for now and see a sexual therapist. He scheduled another appointment in a month for a Doppler ultrasound. If there really is a physical problem as I suspect, the Doppler would pick this up, right?

If the Doppler senses a problem maybe then I can finally explore the implant

Wow a doctor that takes someone seriously. Awesome. Let’s hope you can find something not to serious, but a Doppler tells whether you are getting or maintaining blood flow, shows scar tissue, and I’m assuming other things as well.
I am no doctor and I wish doctors would do Doppler a bit more frequently.
