Short Frenulum
Why do certain skin types just keep pulling tighter and never seem to stretch out? I personally have webbing likely due to natal development (my circumcision doesn’t appear to have any negative impact on this). But no matter how much stretching and pulling upwards, the skin on thr underside of me never wants to relax. Its like it’s on a mission to make my scrotum and mushroom tip meet… though it’s nothing like scar tissue. It seems confused.
soft glans since ever / some ED from youth now fairly serious ED after much use of constriction/clamping to achieve 100% fullness / sorting out TRT and delaying implant plans until all mental, chemical, and physiological possibilities are exhausted

We don't want to get off track from your question. I do have this to some extent.
I feel I have what is a referred to as a tight circumcision. Otherwise I am happy with it and that it was done.
My point is a little more slack in the skin would have been nice. I do wonder and am pretty sure that "Foreskin Restoration" can be helpful, just stop at any point that you are happy and the frenulum skin is not so tight.
