Post op after coloplast implant

Postby Bilko79 » Tue Aug 05, 2025 3:35 am

I’m going on my 5th week after surgery. I had and have bad PD and autoimmune issues My one week post op was swelling/ healing, pain in urination, just rest and see the surgeon Back in my 5th week after surgery. The implant was made above my penis because my scrotum is super tight being on prednisone for 7 years. In my 4th week I was really horny and started to cycle, had sex twice, no problems ejaculating but I’m in pain. Due to PD and scarring I only ended up at 4” but my dick is killing me. I have to rip my underwear off because the pain is way too excessive. Is this normal? Maybe I’m not deflating enough, but my dick is just sticking out 3” it won’t bend up with underwear that I have to ripoff during work. My penis and scrotum is burning and in pain, not much swelling or a high temperature. Yes, I have called the surgeon, I got the nurse who doesn’t know Jack shit and the surgeon has no openings until this Wednesday at 3pm. So I need some help here!! My dick just sticks out in my pants causing more pain, can it deflate more where it can feel comfortable in underwear. At night I use a heating pad for some relief, but I think it makes it worse. Can I use lotion for the scrotum and shaft to help reduce the burning sensation? My dick is so sensitive. Anyways, any answer? Is this normal? The pain, the burning, the sensitivity after 4 weeks?

It does sound like you're not fully deflated. After you deflate do you squeeze the pump once or twice to lock the pump, which should prevent self-inflation. I used a kids sock, elastic cut off and worn like a condom to cover my penis it was so sensitive. For the pain a dab of Aspercream smeared on my shaft/sack kept the pain down almost all day. A hot bath also eased soreness, and a good place to cycle.
