My cardiologist recently recommended that I take CoQ10 to help reduce the aches and pains that I occasionally have with taking a Statin. So I started taking CoQ10 about a week ago at 100mg per day.
I think it may help some with the aches and pains but a little too early to tell.
During my recent reading about CoQ10 I've noticed in numerous places that say that it helps with ED
Have any of you guys that have used CoQ10 seen it to be helpful with ED ?

I'd be interested in knowing more but I've never seen this before. It's a low-risk option.
