Would you trust a cheaply priced PRP from a respected and popular uro?

I went to see a popular uro who's featured on tv, news and tv shows. He provides PRP but for only $500 which is very strange since other clinics charge 3x more than that. Its kinda weird. Would you trust this at this price?
