From Chat GPT:
“Urologists Offering PRP in NYC

1. Dr. Michael Rotman, MD
• Locations: Murray Hill, Manhattan (285 Lexington Ave), and Hewlett, NY
• Specialty: Urology with PRP therapy primarily for erectile dysfunction and male sexual health
• What he offers: Platelet-rich plasma injected directly into the penis, often combined with a home-use device; repeat treatments are typically done every 60–90 days to boost natural healing

2. AS Urology
• Location: Staten Island (serving Brooklyn and greater NYC)
• Specialty: General urology with PRP for sexual health issues—such as erectile dysfunction and Peyronie’s disease.
• Highlights: Described as non-invasive and regenerative, using your own blood to promote healing and cellular regeneration

3. Central Park Urology (Dr. David Kaufman, MD)
• Location: Midtown Manhattan, 18 East 41st St
• Note: Offers PRP for sexual health, though acknowledges that “its benefits are anecdotal, but believers are convinced of improvements” ”

I’ll bet the guy in Staten Island is cheaper than the the one in Murray Hill or Midtown.

They offer the “P‑Shot (PRP injection to the penis)” plus combo packages that include shockwave therapy, exosomes, Botox, etc. One-session P‑Shot starts around $1,600 . When I asked ChatGPT to give me budget friendly alternatives it gave me this:

“Here are the most budget-friendly options for PRP/P-Shot treatments in NYC:

Price Comparison
• Cordelia Health Clinic – $1,500 per P-Shot
A U.S.-based men’s health provider offering P-Shot, with full in-office procedure included .
• SoHo Men’s Health – $1,600 per session (P-Shot with shockwave + pump)
Monthly packages also available to reduce cost per session .
• Vinci Health Center (NYC/Brooklyn) – $1,900 per P-Shot .
• LVRI-NY (Dr. Kaplan) – $1,900 initial, $1,400 repeat at 12 weeks .
• K2 Restorative Medicine – $1,800 for the first, $1,200 for second shots, and $1,000 for the third .
• Bolus Med Spa – $1,800 for one treatment; $3,000 for two .
• Skin Envy Cosmetic (Brooklyn) – $1,900 per session; 3 for $5,400 .

Least Expensive Top Picks
1. Cordelia Health Clinic – $1,500 (lowest official NYC-listed price).
2. SoHo Men’s Health – $1,600, includes shockwave + pump.
3. Other Urologist/Med Spas – Range from $1,800–$1,900, with sliding price for repeats.

Real-World Insights

Reddit users outside NYC reported P-Shot prices as low as $800 with shockwave included—but those were non‑NYC clinics and may reflect limited protocols . Despite this, the NYC baseline seems to be around $1,500–$1,600.”

I personally do NOT recommend PRP for ED. There doesn’t seem to be compelling evidence that it is effective for anything more than putting $$$ into the pocket of the provider.

But you have repeatedly asked this same question, so here is a list of providers.

You asked chatgpt?? Are you serious?

Do you think Allure Plastic Surgery sounds like a serious uro clinic for ED?

It wasn’t a Reddit page. I asked ChatGPT that mention of Reddit was part of ChatGPTs answer.

Hi Goodwood,

I went to see a uro who's touted as a celebrity uro who specializes in ED in NYC. Fyi, he's been featured on tv news and shows several times.

He provides PRP for $500 which is a strange price. I asked him why that low and he said its cuz he doesnt invest any money in advertising unlike other clinics. Thats why its so low. Other clinics offer it at $1k - $2k. He also said he's got a state of the art PRP machine and filter. I just dont want to make sure this doesnt turn out to be a cheap quality PRP treatment. Please let me know what you think.
