I Need stem cells/ PRP for penile injury

Hi guys.. I suffered an injury to my penis and would like to get stem cells/ PRP. Where in NYC can you guys recommend a good doctor for it with state of the art PRP machine and filter?

What are you talking about?? PRP has existed for ED for more than 10 years now.
There are clinics that offer exosomes for ED.
Where have you been?

yes I'm referring to the p-shot. But I'm also inquiring about exosomes which are touted as more effective than PRP in effecting repair. What are your thoughts on this? Which procedure did you get done? Which procedure do you recommend?

macoza, no experience with either. I got interested years ago when researching ED cures. Had hoped stem cell therapy might have progressed faster. Hopefully so for the next cohort of guys struggling with this.

Yes the clinics exist but you're asking for one that people here would actually recommend. Those don't exist because people don't really get lasting results from them

There are a couple urologist that inject exosomes and platelet rich plasma/fibrin in the Dallas area. I don’t think it helped m my fibrosis

Is one of the clinics you went to called, 'Dallas Men's Health'? I talked to the doctor but the prices for their PRFM and exosomes were ridiculously high. How much did you pay?
