Hi guys.. a stupid NY based uro messed my penis up when he was too rough in testing it. This was 6 months ago. As a result I want to receive stem cells and/or PRP to repair anything in there that was damaged. Whats a good reputable stem cells and PRP center I can go to for it? I can travel outside USA if need be.

What are you talking about? Stem cells has been used for ED for years now.

Look up X-shot. Not sure about NY area but a place in Los Angeles called the Novus Center says they have stem cell exosome therapy. A shot with exosomes derived from stem cells, added to a PRP shot. Prob not cheap. Of course, take with a grain of salt- they tout other therapies unabashedly - including Shockwave, as if its a game changer.

I think there were some posts from some guys that tried the STEM cell shots a few years ago I don't recall hearing of any great success. There was some chatter about there being a difference between some STEM cell treatments that were less effective pushed by money grabbers and supposedly some that were more genuine. But I didn't follow the topic. Severed nerves is my issue and I don't think there's any help for that yet besides injections or an implant. A search might bring up the topic for you.

1) My uro said that an implant doesnt complete a full erection and thats a complaint among guys with an implant. Is that the case for you?

2) Does the implant help you achieve orgasm?

1. The implant is just two hard rods inside your penis that supports it so you can be stiff enough to penetrate. Imagine your normal floppy flacid penis, like a wet spaghetti noodle, except now there are two hard rods inside allowing you to insert it into a wet vagina. The implant does not give you back the hot, throbbing erection that people remember from their previously healthy penis

2. It helps in the sense that it allows you to get inside a vagina which feels incredible, but overall I'd say the implant slightly reduces the pleasure sensation compared to a natural erection. But not by a huge amount
