Does trimix intraurethral gel or vitaros produce good erections?

I came across info about Trimix gels in a topical and a intraurethral gel. Is the intraurethral gel very effective in producing good erections? Anyone tried vitaros? is it effective?

Not tried the gel but a few years ago was using muse which is putting an alprostadil pellet into the urethra bit hit and miss for never worked very well

I've used the gel several times (a bimix actually, with lidocaine as third ingredient). I think overall it helps slightly but is nothing like a shot into the corpora, like the injections. That said, its is absorbed through the urethra so its effect is more on the spongiosum erectile tissue (glans, etc) than injections, so it may help with plumping the glans a bit. I'd say it is mildly effective in that regard. I've found that while masturbating to test it, the erection felt plump and fleshy but not really hard.
So I began experimenting with using it in conjunction with tri-mix injections, with hope of just adding a plumper glans to the equation. Again, a slight improvement. After several sessions now, I'm beginning to suspect that it has an irritating effect on my urethra (compensated for by addition of lidocaine in the formula), which makes me feel that the orgasm itself is not as enjoyable/cathartic/explosive..
So next experiment, even though my rx is "intraurethral" vs topical (not sure what formulation differences would be), is to massage into glans, leave for 5-10 minutes then wipe/wash off (it has a slight pharmaceutical smell) and then do the reg tri-mix injection for the core hardness. Hopefully this spares the internal irritation.
Will let you know results as I pursue, if interested.

I tried Vitaros for a while and in my case it literally did nothing except a slight engorgement of the glans.
A massive disappointment, i was so hoping to get a miracle cure that's not injectable...
