What did the doctor tell you? Walking helped me with my headaches, but I don't know if that's the case for you. It relaxes me.

Walking is always good. I've had crappy sinuses for years. I get allergies bad, especially during high pollen season. There's not really any help for tinnitus. I'll keep on chugging along until I don't. But I do appreciate your concern.

I don't have tinnitus, but I put white noise in my ears all night, from an extra-light headset, to overcome insomnia. I read somewhere that this is helpful for tinnitus.

I do use a sound machine for fake ocean surf sounds. It covers the tinnitus well. Tinnitus from too much motorcycles, chainsaws, radios, sirens and gunfire. Wear hearing protection when you can. Once those little hairs in your ears get broken off they don't grow back. Viagra does make it louder. There is no longer such a thing as silence. Now that I'm thinking about it it's quite loud. Oh well!

Tinnitus got my attention.

I've had it constantly since I was 17 and fired a 57mm recoilless rifle twice without any ear protection.
The sergeant told us to keep out mouths open.
That didn't help. I got a hearing test when I got out that consisted of them saying can you hear this?
I said it could and passed the test.

I was later diagnosed with 15% loss.
At least I don't hear real crickets or birds chirping on the golf telecasts, or squeaking noises on my truck.
Maybe tinnitus isn't all that bad.

Be aware that viagra, cialis, levitra, etc., can cause tinnitus too.
